People: Lucas Group, Career Partners, Options Group, and more

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, tapped Steven Robinson to lead the firm’s national IT practice group. Robinson previously was regional vice president for Robert Half TSS operations in Houston. Lucas Group also appointed Justin Laliberte as managing partner for the firm’s IT practice group in Atlanta. Laliberte previously was senior account executive at Corporate Technologies.

Career Partners International, which provides career transition services and talent management solutions, added Bob Engel as leader of the new supply chain management practice at its Houston/Dallas/Austin/Louisiana offices. Engel co-founded The Procurement Centre in 1996, and has been a SCM practitioner and consultant for over 25 years.

Options Group, an executive search firm serving the financial services industry, named Bob Flohr as senior advisor. Flohr has been affiliated with Options Group for more than 15 years in a variety of roles, including a period as chairman.

Prestige Employee Administrators Inc., a professional employer organization based in Melville, N.Y., named Lydia Dougherty as director of human resources client services. Dougherty has 20 years’ experience in human resources.

The Dedic Group, an executive search firm for the power and energy markets, announced Doris Galvin will join the firm as a partner in the energy practice. She previously was senior vice president with engineering firm WorleyParsons.

Executive search firm Accelent Inc. appointed Keith McAllister as partner. McAllister’s experience includes executive vice president and managing editor of CNN, general manager of Thomson Reuters’ global consumer media business, CEO of Mochila and CEO of Wochit.

Preferred HealthStaff, a Pennsylvania-based firm providing home healthcare and healthcare staffing, announced Jody Willow and Jerrod Willow opened the company’s second franchise office in Dillsburg, Penn.
