Labor Finders International Inc., based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., appointed Jorge Quintana as president of its LF Staffing Technology division. Quintana has more than 20 years of enterprise, software and consulting industry experience. Quintana joined Labor Finders International in 2003 as director of information technology, a position he will continue to hold. Prior to joining Labor Finders, Quintana was senior technology specialist for Novell Inc.

EmploymentGroup, has hired Scott Hess as regional manager for the firm’s Grand Rapids and Lakeshore market. Hess has nearly 25 years of management experience with a strong focus on the restaurant industry. Most recently, he was a business consultant developing strategies for new franchises in the service industry. Gabe Raden has joined EmploymentGroup as a the Grand Rapids account manager. Prior to joining EG, Raden was accountable for the retention and growth of 275 large-volume commercial accounts for a major food distributor.

The Amerit Family of Companies appointed Heather Sager as general counsel and senior vice president of human resources. Sager has been Amerit’s lead attorney since 2002. Her primary area of expertise is labor and employment law, with a focus on helping companies implement positive and productive workplace policies and procedures. Sager will spend a majority of her time working on Amerit matters, though she also will maintain her responsibilities and role as partner at her law firm, Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

Certes Financial Pros, a Minneapolis provider of senior-level financial staff, named Tiffany Grengs recruiting manager of the SNI Financial division. With more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience, Grengs will focus her efforts on recruiting and client development for SNI Financial. Before joining SNI Financial, Grengs spent three and a half years in public accounting with Ernst & Young.
