LaSalle Network, a recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in Chicago, promoted Rian Powell from unit manager of the Chicago accounting and finance recruiting team to director of accounting and finance; Jason Siegel from unit manager of accounting and finance to director of suburban accounting and finance; Blake Angove from unit manager of technology services to director of technology services; and Jessica Schaeffer from manager of marketing and communications to director of marketing and communications.

Technical ProSource, an IT staffing and recruiting firm within Atterro Human Capital Group, added Scott Garfield to its team as VP. Garfield has 20 years of staffing leadership experience and has managed territories in excess of $150 million dollars.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles (NASD: HSII) added Gregg McDonald to its Atlanta office as a partner in the industrial practice to lead the firm's automotive practice in the Americas. McDonald most recently was co-leader of the global automotive practice and a member of the digital transformation practice at another global executive search firm. Executive search firm Witt/Kieffer hired Morten Nielsen as global managing director of the firm’s life sciences practice. Morten’s experience includes global leadership responsibilities with international search firms, and he has recruited high-level executives for organizations in the pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics industries. He is based in Cleveland, Ohio.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced Katrina Cade took over operations of its Birmingham, Ala., South office from John Chandler. And Paul Basi is owner/strategic partner of a new office Sacramento West office in California.

Fox Rodney Search, a legal executive search firm, announced Director Kelli Fiore will lead its newest US office in San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Calif. Fiore most recently was VP of legal and technology at a Bay Area boutique recruitment firm. She previously was director of attorney and paralegal contract placement at Robert Half Legal’s San Francisco office.
