Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Michael DeSimone joined the firm as co-regional sector leader of the professional services practice in North America. He previously was vice chairman at executive search firm CTPartners (NYSE MKT: CTP).

Executive search and human capital management firm ZRG Partners Inc. announced David Bruno joined the firm as managing director, working out of its new office in Phoenix. Bruno previously was vice chairman and managing director of DHR International Inc.’s Phoenix-area office. A member of the executive committee, Bruno joined DHR in 1993 and was one of the eight owners of DHR with founder, David Hoffmann.

AlphaStaff, the sixth-largest PEO firm in the US, appointed Harry Glazer as VP of business development for its new California and West region office in Escondido, Calif. Glazer previously was VP of sales and marketing for Creative Business Resources, a PEO in the Phoenix market.
