Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced that Joseph Healey, Stephen Bochner and Jonathan Goldstein joined as senior client partners after having come over from boutique executive search firm Sextant Search partners. Healey will co-head Korn/Ferry's private equity center of excellence. Bochner, a medical doctor, and Goldstein will also serve in the center.

In addition, Korn/Ferry named Kimberly Shanahan to serve as managing director of its northern Virginia office in Reston VA. Shanahan has been with Korn/Ferry since 2006.

The Execu|Search Group named Joe Eiseman as managing director of its New Jersey branch in Bridgewater NJ. Eiseman has 25 years of experience in the staffing industry.
