Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) announced that Dr. Ilene Gochman has joined the firm as a senior partner with Korn/Ferry leadership and talent consulting and global leader for the firm's integrated talent management solution offering. Gochman has more than 20 years of experience developing human capital strategies to enhance employee retention, and engagement with clients across the globe. She joins Korn/Ferry from Towers Watson, where she was a member of the firm's Global Talent Management leadership team.

Additionally, Korn/Ferry appointed Chuck Feltz as president of its Lominger products business. As part of Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, Lominger specializes in commercializing competency-based talent management methods and tools that support the identification, differentiation, and development of leadership and talent across organizations. The appointment is effective immediately. Feltz was a founding partner at Engage Consulting Group, consulting with medium to Fortune 500 companies to effectively align their human capital to develop and accelerate core business strategy and performance.

Lenexa, Kan-based B. E. Smith, an executive search firm specializing in healthcare, recently hired Judy Spinella as vice president, project leader for the firm's Interim Leadership and Consulting Solutions divisions. Spinella brings extensive experience in regulatory and accreditation readiness, patient safety and quality goal implementation, patient care redesign, productivity and strategic planning for healthcare organizations. Prior to joining B. E. Smith, Spinella held executive leadership roles.
