Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced that James Barlett resigned from its board of directors effective immediately, according to a filing on Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Korn/Ferry also named Allen Delattre as technology global market managing director. Delattre will report to CEO Gary Burnison. Delattre comes to Korn/Ferry after serving more than 20 years at Accenture.
