People: Kineticom, Witt/Kieffer, Landrum …

Kineticom Inc. named a new president. Other firms announcing personnel moves include Witt/Kieffer, Landrum Human Resource Companies, Herbert Mines Associates and The Training Associates.

Kineticom Inc. named Mike Wager as president. He will be responsible for managing Kineticom’s sales and delivery operations, as well as driving growth in current markets and expansion into new geographies and service offerings. Wager comes to the company from Experis, where he was director, strategic accounts and project solutions.

Witt/Kieffer, an executive search firm, added Susan Resneck Pierce and Robert Smith to its education leadership council. Pierce and Smith also joined the firm’s higher education practice in an “of counsel” capacity.

Landrum Human Resource Companies announced Mark de Vries will head a Landrum office in Almelo, Netherlands, as the company extends its footprint to Europe. Landrum plans to recruit, develop and provide human resource services for businesses looking to expand their businesses into Europe.

Herbert Mines Associates, a New York-based executive search firm, appointed Ann Fastiggi as managing director. She was previously senior client partner at Korn/Ferry International. Fastiggi will direct HMA’s hospitality practice, focusing on the retail, consumer packaged goods, apparel and restaurant sectors. 

The Training Associates, a provider of learning and development consultants for IT and professional business skills training, hired Trish Arnold as its government sales consultant. Arnold brings more than 12 years of experience providing government officials with training solutions.
