Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) and Global Employment Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: GEYH.OB) both announced executive personnel changes.

Kforce said Chief Sales Officer Stephen McMahan declined to accept a modified role with the company and was terminated, according to a filing Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Global Employment Holdings said Steven Pennington, its president of staffing services division, has stepped down, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Pennington's duties were reassigned to existing employees, and he will continue to serve Global in a part-time consulting capacity. Pennington left the company in order to spend more time with his family, according to the filing. Global Employment Holdings, based in Lone Tree CO, provides staffing and professional employer organization services.
