People: Kelly Services, The Training Associates …

Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include changes at Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA), The Training Associates, CTPartners, Kincannon and Reed and Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp.

Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) appointed Natalia Shuman to senior vice president and general manager of Kelly's operations in EMEA and APAC. Shuman replaces Leif Agnéus, who resigned effective Sept. 1, 2013, but will remain with Kelly in an advisory capacity through the end of 2013. Shuman joined Kelly in 1997 and most recently has been serving as both vice president of Global Solutions and chief operating officer of Kelly's North Asia joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions. She will retain her position as COO of the joint venture in addition to her new role.

The Training Associates appointed Scott Margason as chief operating officer. Margason most recently was senior director, client delivery, at ServiceSource. David Larson also joined the firm as executive vice president of worldwide sales. Larson formerly was executive director of strategic alliances at Learn.com. The Training Associates, based in Westborough, Mass., provides learning and development consultants for information technology and professional business skills training.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) announced John Hagan joined the company’s CTGrowth Partners division as a partner in its New York office. CTGrowth Partners provides executive search for high-growth companies, typically backed by venture capital or private-equity. Hagan began his search career with Ramsey Beirne Associates and founded two subsequent firms, Savage Partners and Ryan Paige Associates.

Kincannon and Reed, a search firm specializing in the food, agribusiness and life sciences sectors, announced Founder and Chairman Kelly Kincannon left the firm effective Sept. 1, 2013 to pursue professional interests outside executive search. Kincannon launched Kincannon & Reed in June 1981 and sold the firm to its current management team in 2007. Additionally, Jim Gerardot, Jr. joined the firm as a managing director based out of St. Louis. Gerardot most recently was executive director of global marketing for Novus International's animal health and nutrition business. Kincannon & Reed operates offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, added Tina Gonzales to the company as branch manager of its new de novo office in Charlotte, N.C. The Charlotte location is the first spin-off office resulting from the company’s July acquisition of HGI Healthcare. Gonzales previously trained and managed sales teams for AMN, O'Grady Peyton, and Nurses Rx, and also served as the vice president of recruitment of Nurses Rx as well as director of operations for National Healthcare Staffing.
