People: Kelly, Jackson & Coker, Fortune

Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) announced that Verne Istock has retired from its board after almost two decades of service. Toshio Saburi, executive director of Temp Holdings Company, was elected to the board at the company's annual meeting on May 12. In addition, the following people were elected to its board of directors: Terence Adderley, chairman; Carol Adderley; Kelly President and CEO Carl Camden; Jane Dutton; Maureen Fay; Leslie Murphy; Donald Parfet; and B. Joseph White.

Jackson & Coker announced that its VP of marketing, Edward McEachern, was elected to the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations board of directors. McEachern previously chaired NALTO's ethics committee.

Fortune Industries Inc. (AMEX: FFI), an Indianapolis-based professional employer organization operator, announced that Julia Reed has resigned from its board of directors, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
