The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, named Edward Carmody as president of Judge Consulting Group. Carmody has more than 30 years of experience delivering technology solutions to a variety of industries. He has been a key business technology leader with Judge for the past five years and most recently was responsible for service delivery of all Judge Consulting Group client engagements.

SourceRight Solutions, a division of Randstad Holding NV, appointed Karen Turner as vice president of product development and strategy. Turner has more than 15 years of experience in the industry; she joined SourceRight in 2006. SourceRight provides recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and has a managed service provider (MSP) offering.
