Joulé Inc. names director for new division. TriNet appoints vice
president and names executive director …

Joulé Inc. announced that Jim Alesio has joined the company as
director of its new division, Joulé Engineering Staffing Solutions. The company
has provided engineering staffing since it began in 1965, but the new division reflects
the strong growth forecast for professional staffing and the importance of engineering
staffing to Joulé.

“Combining our current engineering staffing solutions into one
division will renew our focus on a traditional Joulé strength and enable us to meet
our clients’ requirements even more effectively,” said Jack Wellman, president and
COO of Joulé. “We’re delighted to have an industry veteran like Jim onboard to provide
strong leadership to grow this new division.”

Also, TriNet, a San Leandro, Calif.-based professional
employer organization, named Patrick Villella as vice president and Debra Squyres
as executive director. TriNet’s human capital consulting team will report to Villella,
who most recently served as general manager for the company’s East Region. Squyres
most recently served as human capital director for the company’s Southwest Region.
