JCSI Corporate Staffing, a Westborough MA-based staffing firm, named Kevin Jones as VP of sales. Jones comes to JCSI from JobFox, where he was director of sales.

TechTeam Government Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of information technology services and staffing firm TechTeam Global Inc. (NASD: TEAM), appointed Gary Mears as senior VP of its Vector Research Center for Enterprise Performance and Bill James as VP of business development.

Mears takes over from W. Deane Stanley III, who is retiring. Mears had served as VP of business development for TechTeam Government Solutions since 2007.
