People: Integrity Staffing, Hire Velocity, Alder Koten, Harvey Nash and more

Integrity Staffing Solutions promoted Jaime Donnelly to chief risk officer. Donnelly’s responsibilities will include contract management, insurance, finance functions, corporate human resources, compliance, workers compensation, claims management and strategic planning. Donnelly has served in various capacities since joining the company in 2000.

Recruitment process outsourcing provider Hire Velocity appointed Don Boone as practice director. He will build a national pharmaceutical practice and take responsibility for the company’s healthcare and life sciences practices. Boone previously was VP at Guidant Group, an Impellam Group company, where he held sales and leadership roles developing RPO, MSP, VMS, and national recruiter center service offerings.

TRC Staffing Services, Inc. announced Andrea Clarkson joined its Melbourne, Fla., team as territory manager. Prior to joining TRC, Clarkson managed global recruitment teams and global recruitment strategy for Fortune 100 information and technology companies, predominantly in the US and EMEA but branching out into APAC. She has also served on the board of directors for both the Orlando chapter of the Florida Staffing Association and South Brevard Society for Human Resource Management.

Global professional services firm Alder Koten, which provides executive search services, announced Oscar German joined the firm as managing partner and senior advisor at its office in Houston. He will be part of the firm's energy practice and collaborate in executive search work focused on board members, C-level executives, senior management roles, and will lead the human resources officer's practice. German has more than twenty years’ experience as senior human resources executive and officer for multinational organizations such as BHP Billiton, Pride & Seahawk Drilling, RigNet and Holland Chemical International.

Harvey Nash, a London-based executive search and leadership services firm appointed Tanya Lau as consumer and retail practice head for the Asia Pacific region. Lau joins the team from CTPartners, where she helped set up and develop its consumer practice in Greater China.

Eliassen Group, a Wakefield, Mass.-based information technology staffing firm, added Mark Kasuda to its Mid-Atlantic team as director of government services. He is responsible for long-term government staffing solutions that includes IT staff augmentation, as well as Agile software development. Kasuda has supported the professional services and software needs of government agencies including the IRS, HHS, SSA, and DOD for more than 15 years.

Coker Group, an Atlanta-based healthcare recruitment and consulting firm, announced Stefan Werdegar joined the firm’s Dallas office as a VP in its executive search division. Werdegar will have a strong focus on the healthcare information technology space but also work with all facets of executive search. Werdegar most recently was VP at a national healthcare search firm and led healthcare IT executive search practice.

The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL.TO), a Toronto-based executive search firm with operations in Canada and the US, promoted Adam Cotterall to partner in its Vancouver office. Cotterall targets the technology and financial services sectors, recruiting executives within finance, information technology and human resources functions across industries. Cotterall joined the firm in 2013 from Right Management, where was VP, client services.

RSR Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based board and executive search firm, announced Greg Lau will lead its new board advisory practice. The practice will provide corporate governance advisory services. Lau previously was executive director of global compensation and corporate governance for General Motors.
