People: Insperity, David Aplin Group, Koya and more

Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP), the largest PEO in the US, promoted VP of Sales Ross Astramecki to senior VP of sales. Astramecki joined Insperity in 1994 as a sales consultant in Orlando, Fla., and has since served as district manager in St. Louis and San Diego, regional manager for Northern and Southern California, national sales development manager and regional VP.

Alberta-based David Aplin Group appointed Grant Robinson as VP of Aplin Executive Search. Robinson led the expansion of David Aplin Group’s operations in the Greater Toronto Area from 2010 to 2013 and is the former principal of Toronto-based Induna Search, which has been acquired by David Aplin Group. Michael Williams also returns to David Aplin Group in a senior consultant role in its search division. Newburyport, Mass.-based Koya Leadership Partners, a retained executive search firm serving the nonprofit sector, appointed Marissa Martin as VP. She is based in Based in Koya’s Chicago office. Martin most recently was VP, global research for DHR International.

Taylor Strategy Partners added VP of Business Development Mike Gamble to expand its operations in Philadelphia. Gamble previously held various leadership and sales executive positions at Yoh.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Joseph McCabe joined the firm’s global human resources center of expertise; he will be based in Korn Ferry’s Boston office. Jeremy Zeman joined the firm’s financial services practice; he will be based in Korn Ferry’s Chicago office. John Davitt has joined the firm as a member of the global supply chain center of expertise; he will be based out of Korn Ferry’s New York office.

Oasis Outsourcing, a professional employer organization based in West Palm Beach, Fla., hired C. Jason Brown as district manager to lead its new office in Austin, Texas. Staffing Industry Analysts ranks Oasis Outsourcing as the third-largest PEO staffing firm in the United States.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm promoted Alicia Moustoukas from marketing project specialist to marketing project manager. Moustoukas joined the company’s corporate marketing team in Atlanta in late 2013.

Boyden Global Executive Search hired Lindsay Bray Landsberg as principal in its Chicago office. She joins Boyden’s global consumer goods and retail practice, and will also lead searches for the firm’s global technology practice. Landsberg most recently was senior VP of business development for Performics (part of the Publicis Groupe), and for The Marketing Store.
