Hire International Inc., an Austin, Texas-based staffing firm, named Chris Beck as CEO. He previously served as president and executive vice president of sales at Soar Consulting Inc.

HCMWorks appointed Hans van Eck-Casteels as vice president of operations. Eck-Casteels has more than 15 years of corporate and consulting experience.

The Training Associates, a Westborough, Mass.-based staffing firm for trainers, appointed Casey McKinney as  director of government services. She previously worked as a government affairs consultant with Andrews Kurth LLP in Houston.
