Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include changes at Heidrick & Struggles, Swift, Ware Technology Services and others.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) appointed Will Moynahan as managing partner to lead the firm’s London office. Moynahan is a member of both the global CEO & Board of Directors and Private Equity practices. He previously was co-head of European Private Equity and a consultant within an international executive search boutique. Heidrick & Struggles ranks 71st on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of world’s largest staffing firms and ranks as the second-largest retained search firm in the United States.

Swift Worldwide Resources, a recruiter serving the oil and gas industry, promoted Kyli Perez to regional manager – Gulf of Mexico. Perez joined Swift in 2012 as recruiting manager in the New Orleans office.

Engineering staffing firm Ware Technology Services, an Atterro Human Capital Group company, added Christopher Lackey as a senior recruiter in its Houston office. Lackey specializes in the energy and oil and gas industries.

Digital Intelligence Systems LLC announced Jim Goodmiller, DISYS’ VP of IT consulting and staffing for the Midwest region, will oversee a new office in Columbus, Ohio. Goodmiller will work with Managing Director Eric Pothoven, who has 15 years of experience in leadership positions in the Columbus market’s IT industry. DISYS is an information technology staffing provider based in McLean, Va.

eTECH RESOURCES, a Sacramento, Calif.-based IT recruitment and staffing company, named Donna Goles as senior account executive. Goles has more than 15 years’ experience as an account executive and will be responsible for business development related to the healthcare sector, focusing on staffing consultants and direct hire placements for clients.

LINKED, a Dallas-based executive search firm, tapped Patty King as principal recruiting consultant for the Houston market. King previously was an account management executive with IPC Systems, which provides energy and financial trading floor solutions.
