Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII), an executive search firm, named Eric Olson to the role of global practice managing partner of leadership consulting. He will serve on the firm’s operating committee and report directly to CEO L. Kevin Kelly. Olson joins Heidrick & Struggles from Oliver Wyman Leadership Development, where he led that firm’s European consulting operations.
