Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) announced that Mark Nadler joined the firm as partner. He will be part of the Leadership Consulting Practice based out of Chicago. Nadler comes to Heidrick & Struggles from Oliver Wyman Delta where he served as partner and specialized in consulting to CEOs, boards, and senior executives of major corporations on effective leadership and organizational change.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson announced that Alexander Thomson, a search consultant specializing in the financial services industry, has joined the firm as a partner in its Boston office and head of its U.S. Asset Management practice, effective immediately. Thomson has more than 16 years’ experience as an executive recruiter, most recently with Russell Reynolds.

Tatum, a division of SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN), appointed Hector Perez as director of business development in the New York office. Perez worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 14 years.
