Harvey Nash USA, an information technology services and staffing firm, promoted Andy Bookless to director, government services. Bookless will relocate to Washington DC from London to open a new office and head up services for the federal and state government markets. Bookless previously managed the re-election campaign of U.S. Congressman Peter Roskam, R-IL, in 2008 and had served as a marketing consultant at UnirisX, an insurance software-as-a-service firm. Harvey Nash USA is part of Harvey Nash, a recruitment and IT outsourcing firm traded on the London Stock Exchange.
Executive search firm Sanford Rose Associates announced that Kenneth French was named president and managing director of Sanford Rose's Austin TX office. French has more than 25 years' experience in the information publishing industry.
