Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) named Jacques Bossonney as European recruitment process outsourcing leader. Bossonney comes to Futurestep from Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NYSE: ADP), where he served as a senior sales executive based in France.

Roth Staffing Companies LP named Patricia "Trish" Bromme as regional VP for its Eastern region. Bromme will oversee branches of Ultimate Staffing Services, which specializes in office/clerical staffing, and Ledgent, which specializes in professional staffing.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing firm, appointed Mark Ennis as director of technical staffing for its Atlanta office. Prior to Judge, Ennis was director of professional services for Qwest Communications.

Pomeroy IT Solutions Inc. (NASD: PMRY) said Peter Thelen will succeed Christopher Froman as senior VP of sales and marketing effective Jan. 6 when Froman takes on the role of president and CEO. Thelen joined Pomeroy in 2000.
