Futurestep appointed Greg Gerson and Geddings Roche as sector leaders. Based in Philadelphia, Gerson is now sector leader-health services. Roche is now sector leader-industrial and based in the Atlanta office. Futurestep is a division of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY).

Labor SMART Inc., an Atlanta-based staffing company, hired John Cary III as its new area vice president. Cary recently held a senior management position for over 10 years at TrueBlue Inc.

Mackey & Guasco Staffing LLC, a Connecticut employment agency, added Martha Hanrahan Spiegel as director of business development. Most recently, Spiegel was a job developer with Star Inc., a nonprofit serving individuals with developmental difficulties.
