ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) board member Jack Greenberg retired effective Sept. 28, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Greenberg has been a director of ManpowerGroup since 2003. He is the retired chairman and CEO of McDonald's Corp.

Michael Page International plc, a London-based professional staffing firm, announced in a regulatory filing that Tim Miller will retire from the board on Aug. 13.

New York-based staffing firm Corporate Resource Services Inc. (NASD: CRRS) promoted Managing Director Adrian Hobbs to executive vice president of its European Operations, a newly created position. Hobbs is the founder of Flex Recruitment, the U.K. staffing firm CRS acquired in November 2013.

O'Neill Consulting Group, a retained executive search firm headquartered in South Kingstown, R.I., announced Christopher Knipp will join on Aug. 11 as managing director. Knipp most recently was chief human resources officer for AccentCare.

TRC Staffing Services Inc. announced John Patouhas in July purchased its Sterling Heights, Mich., franchise from former owner and aunt, Delores Patouhas. Prior to purchasing the TRC Staffing Services Sterling franchise, Patouhas was sales operations manager at Image One and held various positions with MSC Industrial Supply.
