Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a San Diego, Calif.-based staffing firm, announced Regional VP James Logue will lead the new Dallas office, its second regional Texas office. The location will provide specialized construction workforce solutions.

Tower Legal Solutions, whose services include legal staffing, named Dan Bikus as business development manager, based in the company’s Minneapolis office. Daniela Dakshaw was named managing director. Based in the company’s Los Angeles office, Dakshaw will manage west coast operations, including San Francisco and Palo Alto, and be responsible for overall office management.

Executive search firm Egon Zehnder announced Manuel de Miranda will serve as office leader of its new Washington D.C. office. De Miranda is a member of Egon Zehnder's industrial practice, with a focus on aerospace and defense, and previously led the company’s human resources practice.

Charles Sterling Group, a retained executive search firm for the financial services industry, announced Douglas Mann joined the firm as managing director of the global insurance industry practice. Mann is based out of the firm’s New York office.
