Employee Solutions, a Plano, Texas-based light industrial staffing company, named Julie Miller as director of sales. She will lead business development efforts in the firm’s key markets: the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, as well as northeastern Oklahoma and northeastern Arkansas. Miller has more than 15 years in the staffing and personnel management industry.

Advanced Resources, a Chicago staffing agency, promoted Jon Jelinek to managing director of its human resources division. Jelinek joined Advanced Resources in April 2014 as director of the division. Jelinek previously was director of staffing at Randstad Professionals for six years.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, promoted Kate Reese Wilson to marketing project manager. Wilson joined the firm’s corporate marketing team in Atlanta in July 2014. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Wilson was marketing coordinator for Capella Hotel Group.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Anthony Goodman joined the firm’s board effectiveness practice, which provides consulting services to boards worldwide. He most recently was a partner at Tapestry Networks for more than 12 years.

Webber Kerr Associates, the executive search division spun off from WilsonHCG, appointed Victoria Leonard to its global search team. Based in London, Leonard will contribute to engagements in Western Europe within engineering and manufacturing, in addition to the firm’s overall strategic direction.
