People: Egon Zehnder, Diversant, Heidrick and more

Executive search firm Egon Zehnder announced partners George Davis, Jr., based in Boston, and Kati Najipoor-Schütte, based in Frankfurt, will lead the firm’s global CEO practice.

Diversant LLC, a New Jersey-based IT staffing provider, announced Managing Director Sean Paaga will lead its new branch office servicing the Phoenix market. Diversant is listed on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of diversity staffing firms.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles (NASD: HSII) added David Pruner as a partner in its global industrial practice. For the past 12 years he was a senior VP with Wood Mackenzie, a global research and strategic advisory firm specializing in the energy, chemicals, metals and mining industries. Pruner will be based at Heidrick & Struggles’ Houston office.

Southern California-based Legal Staffing Group added Melissa Frederickson as general counsel and managing director. She will also spearhead LSG’s focus on expansion into the San Diego market. Frederickson has two decades of experience as staff lawyer and general counsel to law firms and companies in Southern California.

KORE1, an IT recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in Irvine, Calif., promoted Tom Kenaley to senior partner and VP. Kenaley is responsible for the firm’s healthcare practice and workforce management practice. Devin Hornick was also promoted to senior partner and VP. He will focus on day-to-day contingent staffing and work closely with KORE1 President Steve Quarles to expand contract service areas during 2016.

Talent Rover, a provider of cloud-based software for managing staffing and recruitment workflow, tapped Christian Ward as head of Asia-Pacific sales. He will be responsible for growing Talent Rover’s Hong Kong office and expanding the company’s presence in the region. Ward previously was a sales leader at LinkedIn and Daxtra Technologies. Talent Rover is headquartered in San Francisco.
