People: David Aplin, Advanced Resources and more

Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include announcements from David Aplin Group, Advanced Resources, Kincannon and Reed, Boyden and Nectir.

Alberta-based David Aplin Group appointed Mike Stanfield branch manager — Calgary region.  Stanfield has more than eight years with the firm in positions including senior consultant, national practice leader-supply chain and operations management, and managing consultant.  Additionally, Paresh Mistry has been appointed vice president — greater Toronto area, with responsibility for all branch operations in its Toronto and Mississauga locations. Mistry joined David Aplin Group in 2012 and led the firm’s accounting and finance practice.

Advanced Resources, a Chicago staffing agency, announced Managing Director Paul Trudeau will lead its new technology staffing division: Advanced Resources | Technology. Trudeau joined Advanced Resources in 2013 after spending seven years in Kforce Inc.'s (NASD: KFRC) technology division.

Kincannon and Reed, a search firm specializing in the food, agribusiness and life sciences sectors, added Carlos Salvador to the firm as managing director. Salvador has held senior executive positions in agribusinesses and agricultural associations throughout Latin America. Salvador will be based in Buenos Aires.

Boyden Global Executive Search announced Randy Frasinelli joined the firm as a partner in its Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining Boyden, Frasinelli was the founding principal of Grant-Williams Associates, a retained executive search firm.

Nectir Inc., a staffing franchise organization, announced Nicole Bounds will head a new branch in Philadelphia.
