Michael Page International plc, a London-based professional staffing firm, announced Director Matthew O’Donnell will head a new office in Calgary, Alberta, that targets the oil and gas sector.

Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions announced Scott Ahlstrand joined the firm as a senior partner, based in Chicago. Ahlstrand previously was global head of ManpowerGroup Solutions’ strategic workforce consulting practice and senior vice president, talent management, for Right Management.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, appointed David Lively as managing partner for the firm’s human resources practice Group in Atlanta. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and captain in the Army through three tours in Iraq, Lively worked in military recruiting prior to joining Lucas Group.

Hageny most recently was a partner at a healthcare industry company where she was responsible for recruitment and business development.

The Aldrich Group Inc., an executive search firm based in Connecticut, announced Linda Wilhelm joined the firm as vice president, business development and fulfillment services. She will lead the expansion of the company’s technology practice. Wilhelm has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in technology hardware, software, Internet and services.

Advanced Medical, a staffing agency for the travel therapy industry, promoted Keeley Murphy Ownby from sales manager to senior vice president of sales. Advanced Medical provides travel staffing for speech, occupational and physical therapists.

OpalStaff Founder and President Trevor Simm launched Talos Solutions, a new staffing company. Maryland-based OpalStaff is an IT and technical staffing company, while Talos Solutions will primarily target companies that are not IT specific.

AtWork Group announced Troy Kimble will own a new location of AtWork Personal Services in Plano, Texas. AtWork Group is a national staffing franchise.
