Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASD: CCRN) named a new president of its Cejka Search subsidiary. Impellam Group PLC appointed a VP of human resources for its North American operations. LocumTenens.com announced a new VP of marketing.

Cross Country Healthcare named Lori Schutte as president of its Cejka Search subsidiary. Schutte had served as VP of clients services at Cejka since 2004. She succeeds Carol Westfall, who announced her retirement in September 2008. Schutte came to Cejka in 2004. Cejka is the physician and healthcare executive search arm of Cross Country.

Impellam Group PLC appointed Mark Rybarczyk as VP of human resources for its North American businesses, which include Corestaff services. Rybarczyk will be based in Houston and starts March 31. Rybarczyk was one of the original partners at executive search firm Nosal Partners.

LocumTenens.com named Kevin Weeks as its VP of marketing. Weeks previously served as director of marketing and clinical excellence at Honour Healthcare. LocumTenens.com is a division of Jackson Healthcare.
