Tapfin, a division of Comsys IT Partners Inc. (NASD: CITP), named Chuck Bollinger as senior director of operations. Bollinger comes to Tapfin after serving as procurement services HR manager at UPS Inc. Tapfin provides vendor management services, recruitment process outsourcing and services procurement management.

The former president and CEO of the Radia International group of staffing firms, Gary DiCamillo, is now a partner with Eaglepoint Advisors LLC, a turnaround, restructuring and crisis management firm focused on the middle-market retail and consumer goods sectors. DiCamillo has also served as chairman and CEO at Polaroid Corp., president of Black & Decker and VP and general manager of Culligan Inc. Radia is part of Radia Holdings Inc., a Tokyo-based provider of staffing and other services.

Korn/Ferry International Inc.'s (NYSE: KFY) Futurestep division said Laura Eaton joined as a U.S. director of its recruitment process outsourcing delivery team. Eaton has more than 20 years' experience in the recruiting industry. She comes to Futurestep after spending 11 years at the Bernard Hodes Group, leading its recruitment process outsourcing division. Eaton will be based in Houston.
