People: Command Center, Egon Zehnder, Slone Partners, Korn Ferry

Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI), an industrial staffing provider, appointed John Stewart as board chairman. Stewart has served as an independent member of the board and chair of the company’s audit committee since November 2013 and now serves as its first independent chairman. Stewart’s other board experience includes serving as a member of the board of trustees of Investors Real Estate Trust since 2004. Over the last nine years, he has also chaired the Bank of North Dakotas advisory board and has served as director of Corridor Investors, Minot Family YMCA and Minot Vocational Adjustment Workshop, as well as trustee of the Oppen Family Guidance Institute.

Egon Zehnder International, an executive search firm, announced Dick Patton will lead the firm’s global consumer practice, while Rory Finlay of Chicago takes over for Patton as practice group leader for the US consumer practice.

Recruitment firm Slone Partners promoted Leslie Loveless chief operating officer. Loveless joined the firm in 2007 and previously served as executive VP and partner. Slone Partners targets the diagnostic, personalized medicine, healthcare information technology and laboratory testing industries.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Noah Schwarz joined the firm as senior client partner in the global investment banking and markets sector. He will be based out of Korn Ferry’s New York office.
