CoAdvantage, a Tampa, Fla.-based professional employer organization, announced that Wade Latham joined the company as senior vice president of risk management, effective Aug. 1. Prior to joining CoAdvantage, Latham provided consulting services in the insurance and risk management areas, most recently as owner and president of Latham Risk Management LLC, a specialized risk management consulting practice focused on the PEO industry.

Lighthouse Management Group announced that Chris Haro and Jason Lammers have joined it as managing partners to help launch its technology practice. Haro most recently served as director of technology at Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI), leading and managing a portfolio of clients within the San Francisco market. Lammers also held several leadership roles at Robert Half International, most recently as metro market manager. Lighthouse Management Group is a Silicon Valley, Calif.-based staffing firm specializing in the placement of accounting and finance, management and information technology professionals.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates promoted Sarah Eames and Laurie Nash both to managing director in the firm’s New York office.

Cejka Executive Search, a division of Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASD: CCRN) that provides executive search services to the healthcare industry, announced that Andy Sandler and Michael Tucker have been newly added to its executive search team. Sandler will serve as vice president, senior search consultant, and he has more than 10 years of healthcare executive search experience. Tucker will serve as vice president, engagement manager.
