Clinical Magnet, a subsidiary of Supplemental Health Care that provides RPO services to the healthcare industry, hired Thomas Leeper as senior director of client services and solution design and as a member of its executive leadership board. Leeper has more than 25 years of experience in the recruiting and client service space, most recently serving as head of client services of Alexander Mann Solutions in London. Clinical Magnet focus exclusively on clinical staffing.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) named Carlos Garcia head of its Los Angeles office and Lyndon Taylor head of its Chicago office. Garcia will continue to be active within the firm’s supply chain and operations practice and work with clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Taylor will continue to be active within Heidrick’s financial services practice as well as its CEO and board practice. 

The founder and owner of Las Vegas-based employment agency Millenium Staffing Solutions, Jennifer DeHaven, was appointed to the board of directors of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, Southern Nevada’s economic development agency. DeHaven has also served as president of the Nevada Staffing Association for the past five years.

ApTask Consulting LLC, an Edison, N.J.-based IT staffing company, appointed Peter Perrotta to the newly created role of director of business development. In this role, Perrotta will oversee all business development efforts in the banking, financial services and insurance practice at ApTask.

RPO solutions and executive search provider Taylor Strategy Partners added Managing Director Ken Amicon to its executive and professional search practice. He previously was a managing partner at Quick Leonard Kieffer, a healthcare executive search firm.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners added Leslie Sharp as a managing director and a member of the firm’s industrial practice. Sharp most recently worked for a boutique firm and specialized in the industrial utilities area.
