Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR) promoted Bill Hazelton to senior VP of its custom solutions division. Hazelton previously served as regional VP for the firm's Northeast U.S. region. Ciber is a Greenwood Village CO-based information technology solutions and staffing firm.
Pinstripe Inc., a recruitment process outsourcing firm, named Angela Hills as executive VP and leader of commercial business.
The Judge Group named Robert Manocchia Jr. as director of technical staffing for its Boston office. Manocchia previously served as director of strategic accounts at Comsys IT Partners Inc. The Judge Group is a Philadelphia-based firm that provides staffing.
Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) appointed Daniel Cheng as senior client partner and regional market leader of global technology for Asia Pacific. Cheng comes to Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII).
