Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a Greenwood Village CO-based information technology solutions and staffing firm, named Cyndie Henrichs as VP and area director of its federal civilian technology solutions business unit. Henrichs previously ran a consulting business aimed at helping firms sell products and services to the federal government, and prior to that served at IBM.
