The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL.TO), a Toronto-based executive search firm, appointed Constance Kassouf as a partner in the company’s financial services sector. Kassouf has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, and joins Caldwell Partners from Kassouf Partners, a boutique firm she founded in 2010. She will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced that Robert Mayes has joined the firm as a partner in its real estate practice. Mayes has more than 20 years of search experience in the real estate industry, having joined Korn/Ferry from another global search firm where he managed executive level assignments on behalf a wide range of public and private real estate clients. He will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
