CIBER Inc. (NYSE: CBR) said a board member will retire, and Mastech Holdings Inc. (NYSE: MHH) hired an executive to help build its green technology business.

CIBER, a Greenwood Village CO-based information technology solutions and staffing firm, reported that board member George Sissel will retire and won't stand for re-election at the company's annual meeting on May 4, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mastech announced it hired Larson Rider to its green technology practice. Rider comes to Mastech from Echelon Corp., a provider of control networks, where he served as staffing manager. Rider will be based in Fremont CA.
