CHG Healthcare Services, a Salt Lake City healthcare staffing firm, appointed Tyler Black as VP of allied health staffing for its CompHealth division. CompHealth provides temporary placements for allied healthcare professionals such as physician assistants and medical technologists. Black joined CHG in 2006, before then he was a director at United Healthcare managing large account sales and employees in two regional offices.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) named Richard Caldera as chief human resources officer. Caldera will also serve on its executive committee. He comes to Heidrick from Royal Philips Electronics NV where he was a senior VP.

Adecco SA announced that two new members were elected to its board, Wanda Rapaczynski and Judith Sprieser, during the company's annual meeting May 6. They replaced Philippe Marcel and Peter Ueberroth, both of whom did not stand for re-election.
