People: CDI, WilsonHCG, Intersect, Judge

Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include changes at CDI, WilsonHCG, The Intersect Group and The Judge Group.

CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI), a Philadelphia-based engineering and technology staffing and solutions provider, announced William Wasilewski joined the company as executive vice president of its global engineering and technology solutions business. Wasilewski succeeds Robert Giorgio, who led CDI’s engineering business for the past 15 years.    

WilsonHCG, a recruitment process outsourcing and human capital solutions firm, added Sanjay Shah to its executive leadership team as chief technology officer. Shah brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership positions in the human resource outsourcing, staffing and consulting and information technology industries. Marisol Hughes also joined the firm as corporate counsel. Hughes’ experience includes corporate law, employment discrimination and civil litigation, for both the government and in the private sector, including in the recruitment industry.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, appointed Stevena McDonnell as sales director in its newest office in Ottawa, Ontario. Prior to joining Judge, McDonnell spent 11 years at a local competitor where she was responsible for building the Ottawa market focused on sales to the Canadian federal government.

The Intersect Group, a national finance, accounting and IT staffing and consulting firm, appointed Shaw Drummond as vice president of consulting services. Drummond will oversee the firm’s finance and accounting, project management office and IT consulting services practices. Drummond most recently served as a strategic consulting leader for Dell Services.
