People: Boyden, DISYS, The Training Associates, Judge and more

Executive search firm Boyden announced Executive Square founders Francis Vaningelgem and Baudouin Contzen will lead a Belgium and Luxembourg team from its new Boyden office in Brussels. Vaningelgem was a founding member of BEXSA, the Belgian Executive Search Association; managing partner of Executive Square; and senior partner at Action Consulting. Previously, he co-founded and led Ray & Berndtson S.A. (now Odgers Berndtson) as managing director. He also co-founded its associated management consultancy, Talentium, where he served as senior partner. Contzen was a senior partner at Executive Square; managing partner of Action Consulting; and co-founder of Talentium. He was also a consultant for 11 years with Arthur D. Little and four years with KPMG Consultants Belgium (now Unisys Consulting).

Digital Intelligence Systems Corp. added Albert Barsoumian as managing director of the DISYS Boston office and Keith Anderson as managing director of the Atlanta office. DISYS ranks No. 12 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest IT staffing firms in the US.

The Training Associates promoted Director of Finance Jim Moore to VP of finance. Based in Westborough, Mass., The Training Associates provides learning and development consultants for information technology and professional business skills training.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, announced Director Carl Ressa will lead a new office in-Gaithersburg, Md.; Puhup Chandra, VP, enterprise accounts, will lead a new office in Hartford, Conn.; and National Recruiter Alex Russell will lead a new office in Portland, Ore.

O’Neill Consulting Group CEO Kevin O’Neill and Rick DeRose, the head of Technology Executive Group, will both serve as co-founders and managing partners of the firms’ new joint venture: executive search firm and consultancy Acertitude. Headquartered in New York, Acertitude will target senior-level and C-suite searches while the other brands will continue to target mid-level searches.

Canada’s HCMWorks Inc., a procurement-focused management consulting firm that provides contingent workforce solutions, hired Andrew Hinchliff as senior VP and chief revenue officer. Hinchliff has 25 years of leadership experience across multiple disciplines including sales process reengineering, marketing, operations, product design and development and executive management.

RPO solutions and executive search provider Taylor Strategy Partners added Kathleen McCutcheon as VP, managing director to its consulting and assessment practice. McCutcheon previously was the chief human resources officer of The Ohio State University.
