The Bartech Group, a Livonia, Mich.-based staffing provider, promoted Brian Salkowski to senior vice president of workforce solutions. He is charged with the strategy and service execution for the company’s managed services provider business unit. Also, Penny Queller joins Bartech as senior vice president of global solutions and is charged with leading the firm’s global sales and marketing efforts.

Michael E. Marion & Associates Inc., a Murray Hill, NJ-based retained executive search firm, announced the addition of three key new hires. William Cordivari and Michael Moran have joined as vice presidents, and Caitlin Gagnon as a senior associate. Cordivari has more than 25  years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, previously serving as the president of the ortho dermatology business unit at Johnson & Johnson. Moran has more than 26 years of experience in the manufacturing, compliance, sales, marketing and human resources industries. He previously served as senior director, human resources for U.S. Sales & Managed Care. Gagnon previously spent five years at Deloitte Consulting, primarily in the healthcare practice as a senior consultant and manager.
