People: Arcadia, Kelly, M Squared

Arcadia Resources Inc. (AMEX: KAD) reported today that Stephen Goldsmith will resign from its board of directors. Goldsmith was appointed as deputy mayor of operations for New York City, Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced last month. In the past, Goldsmith had also served as mayor of Indianapolis. Arcadia provides healthcare staffing, homecare and nonstaffing pharmacy services.

Patricia Little, executive VP and CFO at Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA), was appointed to the board of directors of McCormick & Company Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of spices and seasonings. Little joined Kelly in 2008 after serving as general auditor at the Ford Motor Company.

M Squared named Tony Cannestra as VP of business development in its technology practice. Cannestra comes to M Squared from Strategic Venture Partners, a venture capital firm he co-founded. M Squared, based in San Francisco, provides consulting, places senior-level professionals on a project basis and provides independent contractor compliance/payrolling services.
