Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY) appointed Elmer Baldwin to its board. Baldwin is also the company's president and CEO.

ATC Healthcare Inc. (AMEX: AHN) said Gerald Halpern joined its board. Halpern replaced Bernard Firestone, who left because of a potential conflict of interest.

CIBER Inc. (NYSE: CBR) named Bernadette Mathews as VP of business development. Mathews was formerly president of the BT Mathews Group. The company also named Tom Saltzer as VP and area director for the northeast area of the company's state and local government division. Saltzer takes over for Ann Griffiths, who was earlier promoted to regional VP of the state and local government division.

CoWorx Staffing Services LLC promoted Ken Sudnikovich and Kevin Crowley as senior VPs. Sudnikovich has been with CoWorx for 22 years. Crowley is a 17-year veteran of the staffing industry.

Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) named Bob Eichinger as vice chairman of the Korn/Ferry Institute. Eichinger had served as CEO and president of the company's Lominger International subsidiary. Dee Gaeddert was appointed president of Lominger.
