People: Accountable, Fahrenheit IT, Judge Group …

Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include changes at Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp., Fahrenheit IT, The Judge Group and more.

Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, appointed Nancy Bourg as chief operating officer, allied division. Bourg has more than 20 years’ experience as an executive in the healthcare services sector and most recently served as regional director at Davita Healthcare Partners.

Fahrenheit IT, a division of Global Employment Solutions, announced Joel Leege joined the company as division president. Leege comes to Fahrenheit from Kforce, where he held numerous leadership roles, overseeing some of its largest regions in the Northwest, Southwest and Midwest.  

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, promoted Shane Connor to director. Connor will oversee the Southeast for the company’s healthcare division. Connor will be based out of Atlanta.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) announced Chad Hesters return to the firm as head of natural resources for the Americas. Hesters will also work closely with the financial officers and CEO and board of directors practices. Mark Livingston, an eight-year veteran of the firm, this summer was named global managing partner of the natural resources practice.

Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced David Vied joined the firm’s global life sciences practice. He will be based out of the company’s Los Angeles office and focus on the firm's global medical devices business.

Executive search firm EFL Associates, a subsidiary of CBIZ Inc., announced Senior Energy Executive Carl McCutcheon will serve as office managing director of its Houston office that will focus on the global energy industry. 

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, appointed Robert Merritt as managing partner for the firm’s Chicago sales and marketing office.

In a recap to a story that appeared last week, Toshio Oka will become CEO of Advantage Resourcing after the first of next year. Advantage’s present CEO and chairman, Hitoshi Motohara, will continue to serve as chairman. In addition, Mark Marheineke was named interim president of Advantage Resourcing North America. In addition, Karen Brown stepped down last month from her role as president of Advantage xPO.
