ATS Services, a Jacksonville FL-based staffing company, named Delores Kesler as chairperson of its board and Roy Cannon as a board member. Kesler founded ATS in 1977, the company later grew and several divisions merged and ultimately became the MPS Group (NYSE: MPS). The divisions that did not merge became ATS. Kesler retired from MPS' board in 1997. Cannon is co-founder of TRC Staffing.

Workway Nursing, a division of Burbank CA-based staffing firm Workway, hired Carol Gasgonia-Wilson as director of nursing. Gasgonia-Wilson was previously director of surgical services for a San Diego-area hospital.
