AMN named Martha Marsh to its board on Sept 21, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Marsh retired as president and CEO of Stanford Hospital & Clinics on Aug. 31. Previous to Stanford, she had served as CEO of the University of California, Davis, Medical Center.

AMN's board now includes nine members. Wyche Walton and Martin Chavez were also appointed to the firm's board last month as part of AMN's deal to acquire Medfinders, according to an earlier filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Heidrick & Struggles hired Dan Mullin as a partner in its financial services infrastructure practice. Mullin comes to Heidrick after spending 21 years at Accenture.
