Executive search firm Pearson Partners International named Keith Pearson as president and CEO, taking over from Bob Pearson. Keith Pearson, who formerly served as vice chairman and president, will manage the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

Keith Pearson and Bob Pearson co-founded the Dallas-based firm in 2002. Bob Pearson will continue as chairman.

Prior to launching Pearson Partners, Keith Pearson was a managing director in the consulting and technology industry sectors with executive search firm Whitehouse & Pimms and a principal in the professional services practice with TMP Worldwide Executive Search.

Pearson Partners has offices in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas; Honolulu; and Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
