Dallas TX-based Paranet Solutions, an IT staffing and solutions firm, bought Digital Reach Inc., based in Plano TX. Digital Reach offers IT support, remote management, automation, centralization and monitoring.

This is the third acquisition for Paranet this year. The other two companies acquired were Knowledge Transfer and Abacus Technology.
