PDS Tech Inc. purchased Legacy Engineering LLC. PDS Tech provides staffing and recruiting services and engineering and IT project solutions to the aerospace, defense, telecom, infrastructure, energy and other major industries.

The transaction closed July 1; terms were not disclosed.

PDS will operate Legacy as a stand-alone division providing high-end engineering consultants to the aerospace industry.
